Joseph Girard III (18 points) had his third straight double figure showing in Syracuse's (13-8, 6-4), 72-68, loss to North Carolina (15-6, 7-3) inside the JMA Wireless Dome on Tuesday night.
Judah Mintz (17 points) and Chris Bell (15 points) rounded out the Orange performers in double-digits. Jesse Edwards (8-points) matched a previous season-best of six blocks before fouling out of the game.
